Project Weeks are happening from April 15–25, and here’s what you need to know: 🕖 Start Times Morning Sessions: 7:40 AM (cutoff: 7:45 AM) Afternoon Sessions: 12:05 PM (cutoff: 12:10 PM) 🎟️ Limited Spaces – Be On Time! To be eligible for the accelerated credit opportunity, scholars must be ON TIME and PRESENT for the ENTIRE WEEK (April 15–19 and April 22-25). Late arrivals (after 7:45 AM or 12:10 PM) may be assigned to an overflow room and may not be eligible for accelerated credit. 📍 Check-In & Attendance Scholars must scan the QR code in their classroom to be counted for attendance. If you did not sign up for Project Weeks, you may be assigned to an overflow room. If you don’t remember which classes you signed up for, please see the front desk. ✅ Attendance is STILL mandatory for the next two weeks, regardless of your assignment. 🌟 Don’t miss this chance to grow, earn credit, and make progress. Hello ABQCA Families, Multilingual scholars receiving English Language Services will take the ACCESS for ELLs assessment on Feb 6th. Testing times will be sent to scholars this week. Scholars not testing on Feb 6th will not have school that day. Contact Ms. Sanchez (cathe.sanchez@abqca.org) with questions. Have a great day!
